Warsaw Adult Performance

Elevate your golf game with our TPI level 2 certified trainer. Unlock your body’s potential through golf specific weight training and corrective exercises. You will work on mobility, flexibility, balance, and rotational power which are key for a strong golf swing and improved clubhead speed. Get started with an individual in-depth body mechanics evaluation.

Incline Trainer bootcamp

What to Expect

Join us in the performance room for this total body bootcamp express. We will utilize the incline trainers to walk or run for short timed intervals then circuit with weights and plyometrics. Did you know that walking on the incline trainers at 21% incline or higher will burn more calories than running?! Space is limited.

Cycle Power Yoga Fusion

What to Expect

This is the total 2-n-1 class with 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of Yoga. Start with cycling to elevate heart rate and build muscle then move to the mat to stretch to release tightness and calm your body. This class will take place in our state of the art cycle studio.

Cycle Bootcamp

What to Expect

If you love cycle and weights this class if for you! Track your mileage and watts with drills and climbs on the bike then circuit back and forth with functional movements like squats, deadlifts, presses and core exercises for a full body workout in 60 mins. This class will take place in our state of the art cycle studio.

What to Expect

This class allows you to step inside the OPS Athlete Sports Performance Center, which creates a high intensity competitive atmosphere. This workout is a combination of our AP Burn and AP Build classes! This is a full body workout that recruits several muscle groups at once. You will work on increasing endurance and improving strength as well as overall fitness.

What to Expect

OPS Chiropractic care and therapy

Dr. Goins and Dr. Russell’s goal is to get to the root cause of your pain or movement impairment.  Using a combination of muscle testing, functional and orthopedic testing, and gait analysis, they work to more clearly identify what is driving the dysfunction.  Then a personalized game plan is put together, including at-home exercises aimed at isolating and building up the proper areas.  Whether it’s getting out of pain or boosting performance, they can give you the tools to get you there.
