Specialized fitness programs for people transitioning through medical recovery or managing ongoing health conditions, plus those requiring additional guidance to enhance their physical activity.
Physician Referred Fitness Membership:
To be entered in to the program, you must be referred in by a physician. With referral, you will pay $0 Enrollment fees! Program includes a free health assessment, a 3D Body Scan, Check-ins every 8 weeks, and access to Movement as Medicine classes.
Improve bone density and/or slow the progression of bone loss, reduce fall risk, and improve functionality and quality of life through weight bearing and balance focused workouts.
Develop exercise habits to pursue a healthy lifestyle for those with prediabetes, diabetes, or elevated blood sugars. Improve factors like insulin resistance, lower blood sugars, cholesterol and blood pressure to help decrease risk of other related conditions.
Focus on setting realistic goals and developing new physical activity habits while pursuing a healthy weight. This class helps tackle co-morbidities which include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, elevated glucose levels, and high BMIs.

Join us in the performance room for this total body bootcamp express. We will utilize the incline trainers to walk or run for short timed intervals then circuit with weights and plyometrics. Did you know that walking on the incline trainers at 21% incline or higher will burn more calories than running?! Space is limited.

Join us in our State of the Art Cycle room for a great combo of cardio and strength. You will power ride for 30 mins and follow it quickly with 15 min of dumbbells and get that pump before you walk out the door! Build is a Functional fitness class for building a stronger physique. You can expect progressive overload of core lifts with supplemental accessory lifts. Each class ends with a quick met-con finisher.

Shred is 50% Build and 50% Burn. Four block workout includes: warm-up, bodyweight/agility exercises, weights, & a finisher.

This is for our Premier Members only! We are opening the Performance Center on Sundays from 11-1 if you would like to work on mobility, lifts or simply to workout. We will have a trainer available for coaching.

This class is lower body focused to strengthen and grow the glutes with a secondary focus on the abdominals. This will take place in the performance center.
