THE ULTIMATE TRAINING FACILITY

Leading the way with scientific methodology, OPS provides athletic training programs for every age, gender, sport and skill level. Performance classes are available six days a week.

  • Age-appropriate training programs build strength, confidence, discipline and work to prevent injury
  • Focus on both physical and mental strength and teaching life skills
  • Receive a comprehensive evaluation before getting started in our program and every 6 weeks of training to track progress.

PERFORMANCE CLASSES FOR EVERY AGE

    This is where the athlete starts in our program. Making fitness fun at this age ensures long term success.

    Focuses For This Group:

  • Mastering the basic moving principles
  • Focus on balance and stability
  • Object control - Throwing, Catching, Kicking
  • Locomotion - Jumping, running, and agility basics
  • Class times:

    Monday - Friday 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm, 7:00 pm

    Saturday 9:00am, 10:00am

Using the fundamental body movements learned in Basic OPS, this group will introduce strength, speed, and endurance into their workouts.

    Focuses For This Group:

  • Build an athletic foundation
  • Introduce Resistance Training
  • Focus on Endurance and Coordination
  • Class times:

    Monday - Friday 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm, 7:00 pm

    Saturday 9:00am, 10:00am

This group is for the emerging athlete that has established a solid foundation and is ready to challege the body in new ways.

    Focuses For This Group:

  • Focus on Speed Development
  • Develop Strength and Power
  • Work on Mobility and Flexibility
  • Class times:

    Monday - Friday 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:00pm

    Saturday 9:00am, 10:00am

This is group is for our advanced athletes that have been in our program for years and is ready to take their performance to the next level.

    Focuses For This Group:

  • Develop Explosive Power
  • Continue to Build Speed and Agility
  • Refine Body Movements and Biomechanics
  • Class times:

    Monday - Friday 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:00pm

    Saturday 9:00am, 10:00am
