INJURY PREVENTION & RECOVERY

At OPS, our certified/licensed athletic trainers specialize in helping athletes learn how to help prevent injuries and take care of their bodies. We offer injury prevention education programs for coaches, players and parents, so that everyone understands what it takes to stay healthy, especially during a season.

When injuries do occur, OPS is your connection to physical therapists and fellowship-trained sports medicine physicians from The Orthopedic Hospital and Fort Wayne Orthopedics. Following an injury, we provide training programs that help athletes bridge the gap between physical therapy and being prepared to return to full participation in their sport.
