SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Athletes will be placed in a small group with athletes of the same age and skill level. Small group training allows for our trainers to add more complex drills while creating a competitive environment.

  • Small group training is available for high school, college, and middle school athletes.
  • Groups do not exceed 20 athletes at a time
  • Small group training is offered 5 days a week.
  • Drop-in or monthly packages available.
