OPS doesn't offer athletes and their families empty promises, we offer measured success. Unlike other training options, we use scientific methods to track progress. Our athletes are put through extensive evaluation and testing using computerized force plates. They also undergo a Functional Movement ScreenTM which identifies potential limitations or asymmetries that may impact quality of movement.
Once evaluated, your athlete begins a program centered on getting results. Unlike other facilities, we don't believe in large groups that do the same drills. We offer small trainer-to-athlete ratios so we can help every athlete get the most out of each training session.
We recognize that athletes are at risk for injuries, and we seek to minimize that risk with proper training and techniques. When injuries do occur, OPS offers specialized care, including minimally invasive procedures, comprehensive physical therapy and training programs – all to accelerate a return to peak performance.
