Coach Nate takes a personalized approach to training his athletes. Each athlete will go through an intial assesment to determine their strengths and potential weaknesses. Coach Nate will take that information and customize a work out for each athlete. Workouts include speed and agility along with strength training. Training is available for all skill levels.
This class will be offered twice a week and is tailored to young athletes just getting started. This class will cover the fundamentals of basic movements. Learning the basics sets an essential foundation for future athletic development.
Class sizes restricted to no more than 6 athletes at time. Small group training allows for Coach Kevin to focus on each athletes's individual needs. Small group training meets twice a week and also includes access to unlimited performance classes. Workouts are available for middle School and high school athletes.
Athletes must go through an assessment with Coach Kevin before being placed in a small group. Assessments are scheduled through Kevin at 260-582-1254
This class is avialable for athletes in grades 4-8 and focuses on the basic fundamentals of the game. Plenty of ball handling and shooting drills are packed in to this one hour session. The class is broken down between elementary school (grades 3-5) and middle school (grades 6-8) and meets once a week at 5:30pm (days vary each week). Training is $10 per session or $45 for 5 sessions.
