OPS Football Academy for high schoolers is held five days a week, with up to seven hours of training available each week! The program includes speed and agility training, followed by position- specific work in small groups, and includes a 30 minute session in the weight room with our cerfitied performance traning coaches. OPS Football Academy is excited to announce thier inaugural 7v7 season. OPS will have one high school and one middle school 7v7 team heading in to the spring of 2020. We will also be offering 7v7 prep team opportunities as well. The 7v7 season will be approximately six months long and includes elite training and practices, tournaments, and gear.
OPS Football Academy for middle schoolers is held on Mondays and Wednesdays for athletes in grades 6-8. Training will include an introduction to proper weightlifting and strength-building techniques as well as significant time in football-specific drills and instruction. OPS Football Academy for elementary schoolers in grades 2-5 is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The primary focus will be to introduce the players to training tailored to football and other sports, as well as work on the mechanics of football-specific drills and techniques. OPS Football Academy will be holding their annual 10 week winter football academy. The 2021 Academy will start on Sunday, January 24th. Training sessions take place every Sunday afternoon for 10 weeks with the exception of Super Bowl Sunday and Easter Sunday. The academy offers position specific training for QBs, WRs, DBs, and lineman.
